Rosina Possingham and Nicole Clift

Rosina Possingham and Nicole Clift present new screenprints, oil paintings and handwoven tapestries in their collaborative exhibition Vermillion. The works reflect the artists' shared interests in optical abstraction and saturated colour relationships. Nasturtiums plants (Tropaeolum majus) with their intense vermillion flowers and flat green ovoid leaves became a recurring motif and palette for the works.

Artists Nicole and Rosina will be in the gallery space during the final hours of the exhibition, Saturday 29 November, 1-4pm. The artists will be available to share the processes and concepts behind their work in casual conversation.
